I am trying to use Corel and follow instructions!–spoiled by not having
my Canvas push tool which allows blending with a brush. Am I missing something?

Fran — this is beautiful! You did this using Corel Painter? Did you read about the Blender brushes? They can do amazing things when you learn them. I love this bird! Feels very Asian!
